True Kitchen + Bar comes from my 23 years of experience as a server in Roseburg. My focus is giving our customers what I’ve been hearing them ask for over this course of time. Our menu is a melding of “meat and potato lovers” with “foodies” to create traditional American cuisine with a modern twist. Using fresh, top quality ingredients, with seasonal additions to keep the menu exciting.
Our bar will provide craft cocktails, martinis, local wines and craft beer along with a communal table which I hope encourages new friendships or a great place to hang out with old friends.
You will be welcomed by a staff who all share the same service philosophy, which is to provide attentive, efficient service which comes from a love of this industry. Creating a fun, not rushed experience.
